Why This Must Be Read: This story takes place after the series finale and takes on the question of what if LaCroix had turned Natalie rather then letting her die. It is an interesting concept and the author does a terrific job of exploring Natalie's decent into darkness and her struggle to reclaim her humanity. It is a well written interesting read!

Why This Must Be Read:Author's description: Back in the day, Natalie cured Nick's vampirism; they got married. Two decades later, something has gone terribly wrong. I really loved this story. It is very well written, and the story grabs you from the beginning and the author Brightknightie keeps you hooked until the end. The characters are true to themselves and the ending is perfectly done and fits the overall feel of the show. This review is not doing the story justice go read it you won't regret it.

Why This Must Be Read: >Author's description: Something goes terribly wrong and Nick has to start over again. I loved the idea of Nick moving on and Natalie joining him. The author does a great job of thinking out exactly how they would have to leave their old life behind and how they would move on with their new one. They also take into consideration the fact that Nick is a vampire and Natalie is still human and the problems that may arise because of those facts. It felt very realistic and true to the show.
