Why This Must Be Read: I was very excited to see in this year's crop of stories for the Big Bang another Caitlin/Joe story from helsinkibaby. In this story Caitlin is involved in an accident at STAR Labs that flings her back twenty years. She wakes up in a deserted lot looking up at a beat cop by the name of Joe West. I absolutely loved this story not only for the time travel plot but for the unique way the author goes about it. I really can't give too much detail without giving away spoilers! But what I can say is that at it's heart and what truly makes this story is the relationship between Caitlin and Joe and the love that grows between them.
